Hi, I’m Ericka White, but you can call me EJ.

I’m a veteran K–12 school librarian, and I built Booked & Busy Librarian for one reason: you shouldn’t have to reinvent the wheel alone in your library.

If you’ve ever stayed late laminating, planned lessons for six grade levels in one weekend, or wondered how everyone else seems to have it together, hi, I’ve been you. Over my years in school libraries, I’ve built the systems, lessons, displays, and routines that make a library run like a dream without running the librarian into the ground. Now I package them up so you can skip the trial and error.
